PORT WENTWORTH, Georgia–An Air National Guard C-130 crashed outside Savannah, Georgia on Wednesday. The crash and black smoke was caught on a local business security camera. In the footage the plane can be seen rolling upside down before falling out of the sky in a steep noise dive. The crash killed nine National Guard members from Puerto Rico. No one on the ground was hurt in the incident.
